This morning I had a quart of Wheatgrass/Spirulina before breakfast. For breakfast I had a 4 oz. steak & cheese omelet.
I also had a Juice:
2 apples
2 carrots
2 celery ribs
1 beet handful spinach
handful kale
handful cilantro
1/2 lemon
1/2 cucumber
1 tsp Acia Powder
