There are a few healthier versions of flour. These waffles are made with almond flour.
You can also use Sprouted Flour
The important thing is that you have breakfast. These are just a few of my weekend breakfast I have before starting my day having some waffles and fruit.
The best part is you can make a batch and put them in the freezer. Then on a day you are in a hurry, just stick them in the toaster, put some fruit on the or cook your fruit down in butter. I am sure there are more that I may have missed. Just remember that sugar is the reason that many of us have the problems that we have. Use a sugar that is safe and natural rather than all of those man made chemicals.
